If Your Dozer Can Go There, So Can Our Applicator
The largest applicator in the PSA Series. The PSA-3000 takes the proven closed-loop hydrostatic platform of the PSA-2000 and pushes it to true high-volume production scale: 3,170 gallons of product tank capacity, 55,000 lbs. of total suspension capacity, and 400 gallons of on-board reserve water. For landfill operators running large daily cover programs or remediation contractors covering acres at a time, the PSA-3000 minimizes refill stops and maximizes time on the slope.
The 3,170-gallon product tank with 3/16″ material thickness and coal tar epoxy interior coating is mixed by a 10′ shaft carrying 16 mid-shaft and 4 end-shaft paddles, all in forward and reverse. A 3-stage progressive cavity pump delivers 100 GPM at 500 RPM with the gentle, consistent flow that fiber-reinforced Posi-Shell® coatings demand.
Closed-loop hydrostatic drive with triple-stage filtration (supply / return / charge loop), digital throttle control, both Morse and lever-style mixer and pump controls, weatherproof ignition panel, auxiliary lighting port, and a 400-gallon reserve water tank with electric-over-hydraulic centrifugal pump round out the standard equipment package. Optional manual or electric hose reels, bulk sack lifting crane, night application light package, and skid-mounted configuration extend the platform to virtually any application.

The largest tank in the PSA Series—more than triple the PSA-1000’s capacity—means fewer trips to the mix station and dramatically more square footage covered per shift. Ideal for high-volume daily cover programs, large remediation sites, and erosion control contracts measured in acres.
Two 27,500 lb. axles with full undercarriage suspension carry the 48,575 lb. fully loaded weight across the roughest landfill terrain. 15″ wide x 44″ diameter solid rubber tires eliminate flats. An adjustable pivoting draw bar with 3-position mount, cable winch, and 85,000 lb. tow ring connects to any tow vehicle on the job.

Auxiliary lighting port supports the optional Night Application Light Package for 24-hour operations.
