DustControl DG is an organic solution with added cohesive agents. Designed as a premium eco-friendly soil binder, DustControl DG holds down dust and resists weathering. It does not contain any materials that are detrimental to people or the environment, allowing for worry-free application.

Depending upon soil type and proper application, DustControl DG can last up to a year. After application, it penetrates to lower substrates and binds particles together, forming heavier solids that quickly settle back to the surface to control fugitive dust.

DustControl DG penetrates to lower soil substrates after application, binding particles together to form heavier solids that settle back to the surface. With proper application and soil preparation, a single treatment can provide effective dust control for up to a year — dramatically reducing maintenance frequency compared to water-based suppression programs.

Application rates are calibrated by use: Dust control (1 month): 65 gal/acre • Dust control (6 months): 136 gal/acre • Stock pile capping: 249 gal/acre • Light traffic roads: 968 gal/acre • Heavy haul roads & mining: 1,452 gal/acre. Prior to application, pre-wet the surface and allow at least 72 hours free from rain or nuisance water after application.

DustControl DG is readily dispersible in water and mixes with approximately 5 minutes of recirculation. A Sand Sieve Analysis of your soil can help determine the correct application rate for your specific site conditions. Contact your LSC representative for site-specific recommendations.
