Engineered, designed, and built for your landfill. The PSA-1000 is the rugged, purpose-built mixer/spray applicator that handles the toughest job sites. With ~21″ Posi-Tru™ ground clearance to the most critical point on the unit—the axles—and a 48.8 HP Tier 4 diesel engine, the PSA-1000 goes wherever your dozer goes.
The 1,105-gallon product tank features 3/16″ material thickness and coal tar epoxy interior coating—engineered for the demanding chemistry of Posi-Shell® coating systems. A 3″ positive-displacement gear pump delivers 232 GPM at 400 RPM with forward and reverse operation for fast, even application.
On-board features include a splash-free inlet, reserve water tank with hydraulic centrifugal pump (170 gal / 114 GPM @ 180 PSI), nozzle storage chest, weatherproof ignition panel, and simple rocker-switch operator controls. The unit ships with a complete nozzle kit—long-range solid stream, 15°/25°/50° flat sprays, and 25° low-flow—plus tools and accessories needed for daily operation.
