The Storage Option Ready-Made With Your Facility in Mind
Dust-free bulk loading, anywhere on your site. The HS 50T is a fully portable horizontal storage silo designed for clean, fast transfer of powdered Posi-Shell® and other bulk materials directly into LSC Applicators. With a 50-ton capacity, on-board diesel power, integrated baghouse dust collection, and an Emery Winslow electronic scale system, the HS 50T eliminates the cost and dust of traditional bulk storage and metering.
Diesel power (Perkins or Kubota 32-35 HP @ 3,000 RPM) means the unit moves anywhere on your site without outside electrical infrastructure. Sauer Sunstrand SNP-3 double gear pumps and Danfoss OMS 250 motors drive the 7″ horizontal and 9″ diagonal augers at 240 RPM—delivering approximately one ton of Portland cement per minute into the Applicator’s tank.
The baghouse dust collection system uses removable, replaceable filtration bags with four closure points and an electric vibrator for easy cleaning—ensuring dust-free transfer from pneumatic tankers. A 30″ inspection hatch with three closure points and a 3′4″ fully guarded ladder provides safe interior access. Reversible auger directional valves, a 12-volt bin vibrator for low-product discharge, and a 10″ heavy-duty discharge hose with double clamps round out the standard equipment.
