The PCA-1000 takes the rugged 1,105-gallon platform and re-engineers it from the ground up for Posi-Lock® spray-applied pollution containment work—adding a closed-loop hydrostatic drive, progressive cavity pump, 75° inclined personnel access ladder, and a large compartment for the 200′ lay-flat extension hose and tow adapter that remediation crews need on contaminated sites.
The 1,105-gallon product tank features 3/16″ material thickness and coal tar epoxy interior coating, mixed by a 96″ shaft with 8 mid-shaft and 4 end-shaft paddles in forward and reverse. A 3-stage progressive cavity pump delivers 100 GPM at 500 RPM—the gentle, low-shear flow ideal for the mineral-based mortar membrane that defines Posi-Lock® pollution containment.
Standard equipment includes a 170-gallon on-board reserve water tank with hydraulic-over-hydraulic centrifugal pump, splash-free inlet with safety and product gate, double-position tow ring, heavy-duty landing gear, pneumatic tires (with sealant), 200′ lay-flat 2″-diameter extension hose, loader towing adapter, and dedicated tool, nozzle, and extension hose storage—everything needed for safe, efficient containment work on Superfund and remediation sites.

The closed-loop hydrostatic drive and 3-stage progressive cavity pump (100 GPM @ 500 RPM) are matched specifically to the mineral-based mortar chemistry of Posi-Lock®. Low-shear pumping action protects the membrane formulation; full reverse operation lets crews self-purge between applications without tearing down the unit.
Remediation sites often place safety perimeters between operators and contaminated zones. The PCA-1000 ships standard with a 200′ lay-flat extension hose (2″ diameter) and a dedicated large compartment for hose and tow adapter storage—letting crews apply Posi-Lock® from a safe distance without compromising delivery.
75° inclined personnel access ladder, splash-free inlet with safety and product gate, weatherproof ignition panel, audible alarms with emergency shut-down, and operator signal horn make the PCA-1000 a safer platform for the hazardous environments where containment work happens. Pneumatic tires with sealant handle uneven contaminated terrain without flats.
Double-position tow ring, heavy-duty landing gear, and an included loader towing adapter mean the PCA-1000 deploys behind whatever vehicle is on-site. Two 10,000 lb. independent suspension axles (20,000 lb. total) carry the 19,015 lb. fully-loaded unit across the rough access roads remediation projects often involve.
